Super late update, but better late than never!
The trip down to LA was awesome, and even though there were a few hiccups in our plans it was totally worth it to spread the word of bling to the citizens of El Segundo :)
Basically, we got to the school around noon and didn't stop moving until the very end of the day- it was so busy! Setting up, helping customers, getting custom orders down- everyone was occupied, and we were so grateful to have the kids from the choir club helping out with everything.
The proceeds of our ESHS event went towards sending their choir out to Nashville, which is super rad and something that we loved to help out with! It was also just nice to get the whole school covered in school spirit (with bling) from Jasper and Peg!
The result? Lots of new clients and customers that are opening even more windows of opportunity for Jasper and Peg expansion! Our new etsy for El Segundo Spirit Bling is already up and running, and over the holiday break we will be introducing a bunch of new products so be on the lookout!
Excited to keep moving forward- and you should be too!
Side-note: We at Jasper and Peg send our deepest condolences to the families affected by the tragedy at LAX- our love goes out to those suffering and we hope everyone is doing better!
So Girl's Night Out was the best! We sold a bunch of stuff and met some great new people that will definitely lead to some company expansion. If LA is anything like last Friday night, it's surely going to be a blast!
But there's still 4 more days left- lots of preparing to do, and waiting! Thursday cannot come fast enough. Oh Bling Gods, why do you forsake us?! All we want to do is spread cheer and fashion to the lovely residents of El Segundo!
Ah well. Patience is a virtue, and all of this waiting makes the trip all the more worthwhile! So I encourage everyone to do something new this week and experience life from a different perspective- I'm going for surfer chick, or maybe even movie star ;)
Look out, SoCal! Jasper and Peg has come bearing bling!
Everybody at J&P is getting super excited about LA- it will all be worth the 5 hour road trip down there just to spread the joy of bling to the citizens of El Segundo. There's so many different designs available, on so many different items- we have onesies now!
So basically, all of these new items will be offered up to customers after a homecoming parade for EL Segundo High, and again later at their homecoming game. Definitely feeling the spirit over here, too, with some new, custom ESH bling items :)
Only one week left, and we can't wait!
This Friday we will be at the Tracy Witches & Broomsticks Girls Night Out wine tasting and shopping event. Come visit our awesome pop-up shop to find great gifts for the upcoming Holiday season!
We will have lots of cute baby items, wine bags great for gifting some holiday cheer, as well as our fabulous clothing!
The event is SOLD OUT, and will be located at:
Tracy Downtown Plaza, 6th Street and Central Avenue
6 to 10 PM
It is our passion here at Jasper and Peg to create custom designs and beautiful works of art through fashion. But now you guys can, too- let's start with knitting.
First off: Don't knock it til you try it! Old ladies know what's up, so take a leaf from their volumes of experience and create something of your own! Be like the ancient Native American tribes and spread your stories through your creations!
Yeah, it's only a beanie- FOR NOW. This beanie is the first step on your knitting journey, so make it count! Or just make it, using this pattern.
Good luck, make many mistakes, and make it your own :)
Jack London Square in Oakland California held their second night time shopping bazaar on the plaza and it was such a fun environment!
Lianna Piccetti Designs shared the experience with Jasper & peg, check out some of our booth photos here:
See you next time!
We had some fun shooting in the rocks, pretending to be mermaids :)
Happy Summer world!
We are so excited to be adding some super durable, cotton canvas beach bags to our collection!
They are HUGE! Roomy enough for a bunch of towels, a change of sweats for the end of the day when the beach cools off, all your sunscreens and bronzers - the works!
